The Family History Store offers a number of made to order products. These products require the collection of additional information from the customer in order to complete the order process and generally take longer to process before being shipped.
If you have placed an order for a custom made item please make sure to submit any additional information needed to our customer service department by email or regular mail as soon as possible as delays in receiving this information will result in delays in processing your order.
Any text to be placed on made to order items must be typewritten. This information will not be accepted by telephone as there is too much room for error in annunciation, pronunciation, dialect, accent as well as hearing difficulties and phone line connection issues.
For the best possible output, images to be placed on imprinted items should be scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi. Lower resolution images may not produce a clear and sharp image. Image files accepted are: .jpg, .tiff, or .psd.
Additional information for special orders may be sent via email to the email address you receive upon completion of your online order or mailed to the address provided below.
