Product Description

Redwork Pattern: The Quilt Guild Meeting
An original Quilting Bee Design™ by Cathy Parker

The Treasurer is reading her report and, as usual, no one is listening, not even the President ! Some of the members are talking, some are late, one just got fresh coffee, one is interrupting, one is working on her latest quilt project. Do you belong to a Guild? Do you see anything familiar here?

About Redwork:
Redwork is a simple form of embroidery from the 1800s using a simple linear style of embroidery done with red floss. Patterns are usually created from simple line drawings of family and home themes or special events. Turkey Red and Indigo Blue were the original colors used in the 1800s as they were safe from bleeding or fading.
