If you experience any difficulty redeeming your gift certificate please call our customer service department during regular business hours. How To Redeem Your Gift Certificate/Gift Voucher?
To redeem your gift certificate/gift voucher you must first register for a FREE user account at TheFamilyHistoryStore.com. Once you have registered for a user account and have placed the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, proceed through the online checkout process. When you arrive at the "Payment" page of the checkout process enter the redemption code located of your gift certificate/gift voucher in the Gift Voucher redemption box. Once your gift certficate/gift voucher is redeemed the amount of your certificate will be credited to your online user account for immediate use and will be applied toward as payment towards your online order.
Funds Remaining in Your Account
Once you have redeemed your Gift Certificate/Gift Voucher, the funds will be immediately available for use towards online purchases made at The Family History Store. After making a purchase and applying funds in your account towards that purchase, any funds left over will remain in your account until you apply them towards a purchase.
