Please note: Within a few hours of purchasing a gift certificate and funds have cleared your banking or credit card institution, your account will be credited with the amount of your gift certificate purchase. Once your account has been credited, you will then have the option to send all or part of the funds in your account to the recipient of your choice by email. You may send the amount to one person or multiple people. For example, if you purchase a $50 Gift Certificate your account will be credited $50. You can then send the entire $50 to a single person or $25 to one person and $25 to another person. Or perhaps you choose to send $10 each to five different people. The choice is yours. After you have sent the funds to a recipient of your choice, your recipient will receive an email letting them know that you have sent them a gift certificate. Their email will contain a redemption code and instructions on how to redeem their gift certificate.

Notice: Discount coupons are not valid towards the purchase of gift certificates as gift certificates are treated the same as cash. However, the recipient of your gift certificate may apply any currently valid coupons they may have towards the purchase of merchandise at The Family History Store before applying funds from their gift certificate towards payment of their purchase.
