Q. How do I know what the FREE GIFT will be?
A. After adding an item to your shopping cart, you will be presented with the current FREE GIFT Choices. These choices will be displayed on the shopping cart page. You must have at least one item in your shopping cart to view the FREE GIFT choices.
Q. Can I earn more than (1) one FREE GIFT with a single purchase?
A. No, you are limited to (1) one FREE GIFT per purchase.
Q. Are the FREE GIFT items always the same?
A. No FREE GIFT choices change continually.
Q. How will I know when my purchase qualifies?
A. Everytime you add an item to your shopping cart, the FREE GIFT box will display how much is needed to receive the FREE GIFT. Once you reach the required threshold, this area will display text to let you know you have qualified.
Q. How do I select which FREE GIFT I would like to receive?
A. Once your shopping cart total reaches the required threshold, you will be able to add your FREE GiFT to your shopping cart. To do this you simply click the "add to cart" button next to the FREE GIFT you would like to receive. This will add the FREE GIFT to your shopping cart.
Q. Do I have to manually add the FREE GIFT to my shopping cart?
A. Yes, you must select which FREE GIFT offer you would like to receive and manually add it to your shopping cart. The item will be reflected with a price of $0.00. It is necessary for you to manually add the item to your shopping cart because there is always more than one FREE GIFT item to choose from.
Q. What happens if I don't add the FREE GIFT to my shopping cart at the time of checkout?
A. If you qualify for a FREE GIFT and you do not add it to your shopping cart at the time of checkout you will not be able to collect the FREE GIFT item. Our system will assume that you do not wish to receive the FREE GIFT item. Orders are processed as they are received and our shipping department does not have the ability to alter orders nor can they assume you may have wanted something that is not listed on your order. The FREE GIFT item must be shipped with your order.
