The Reverse side of this chart features a place to document the medical history of the couple, land records, military records, church records, occuptions, and residences as well as a place for additional notes or for citing your sources and a place to list the name, address and telephone number of a living descendant of that family group. This comes in handy when planning a family reunion or for ftuture contact in obtaining additional family information. This side also features an extensive check box list of records or documents you have on file for this family group. This list also serves as a suggestion on where to look for additional records.
