The front of this chart features a (4) four generation pedigree chart with a place to number the chart and each individual. Boxes are left blank so that you may choose to write what information you wish to in the spaces or choose to apply clear Avery® labels generated on your computer. (labels not included). The fourth generation ancestors also have a place to indicate what number chart that line of ancestry is continued on.

The Reverse side of this chart features (15) corresponding numbered boxes for noting additional information for each of the individuals listed on the chart-side. Use this space to list vital information, siblings, allied surnames or notes.

Now you can keep track of who is related to who at-a-glance! Extend each line of ancestry out by adding another chart beginning with the number you left off with on the previous chart. With 4 colors to choose from, you can assign each of your (4) major lines of ancestry a different color for enhanced organization and easy recognition.
